The biggest asset that makes us who we are will always be our people across the organization, who epitomize the passion, leadership, integrity and the culture of success at our company.Global Responsibility Bringing Xiromed EU portfolio pipeline, internal and external, to the market in accordance with the goals and business plan of the business unit, including but not limited to ensure the launch is properly planned, technically prepared, and timely implemented and finally launched into the markets.Specific ResponsibilitiesImprove BCs generally format and forecasting accuracy Business Case and involvement in launch / replenishment order.System for launch planning (lead implementation and maintenance of such system – probably will be SAP based).Active part in COGs negotiation for launches and existing portfolio – renegotiate where margin low.Manage the forecasting and order placement of the launches.Inhouse portfolio coordination & configurations for regulatory and business cases.Launch Management, being part of the launch team and leading a number of launches.Competencies / Career levelInnovation, communication, teamwork, adaptability / flexibility, productivity, sense of urgency, initiative / problems solvingRequirements and personal skillsEducation : University Degree in Pharmacy or similar.Languages : Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.Experience (years / area) : 4 years in Launch and Project Management.
