Job Title : Assistant Housekeeping Manager
As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality are maintained across all areas of our operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Possess strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills to effectively manage and motivate your team.
- Take ownership of assigned areas, maintaining their cleanliness, appearance, and functionality to the highest standard.
- Ensure seamless service delivery in all guest areas, adhering to our brand standards and quality guidelines.
- Contribute to the operational management of Housekeeping functions, including top suites, decks, and public spaces.
Requirements :
A minimum of one year's experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a large hotel (500+ rooms), cruise line, or similar industry setting.Demonstrated ability to supervise a team of at least 10 employees and provide effective leadership development.Strong understanding of SQM standards, USPH guidelines, and Royal Caribbean International's brand standards.Excellent training, leadership development, and recognition skills to foster a positive work environment.Benefits :
