We’re looking for a native or bilingual Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative with a solid command of English (B2 level) to join our team!
You’ll support a leading company in warranties and insurance for electronic devices, assisting customers with the management of coverage and incident resolution.
What We Offer
- 4-month temporary contract with strong potential for extension
- Online training in English, fully included in your contract
- Full-time : 39 hours / week, working 5 days between Monday and Saturday
- Shift : 9 AM – 7 PM (Monday to Friday), Saturdays 9 AM – 5 PM (2 Saturdays off per month)
- Salary : €22,000 gross per year
- 100% remote position from anywhere in Spain (contract starts from day one of training)
