This role is remote within Spain or hybrid in Barcelona. You will respond to incoming inquiries, resolve technical incidents, and guide customers through platforms like Soundtouch and Bose Music. You will maintain expertise in user-specific applications, offer status updates, and ensure issues are resolved with clarity and care.
