Otovo is the market leader for solar panel installations in consumers' homes in Europe. Based in Oslo, Norway, we aim to change how we consume energy in our homes with a better, cleaner, cheaper solution : photovoltaic solar panels. Otovo has built a marketplace and proprietary tools which allow customers to obtain a turnkey budget for a solar installation in their home, while hundreds of installers around Spain and the markets we are in bid and price their services for such projects. Through our technology, we connect customers and installers to make solar more affordable and simple for everyone. What you'll do
We are a digital company, however we provide extensive support to our customers via e-mail and pursue administrative tasks for them. This role entails helping the project and sales team sort through their requests for help and obtain the necessary documentation for our clients in their municipalities. All the work is on the phone or via e-mail.
In time, as the company grows in Spain, you will have the chance to help us select, train and manage a team with similar responsibilities as you on day one, so we also will look for your abilities in leading teams and managing people as you grow into your role.
