Overview
We are currently seeking First-Level Customer Support / Software Support Agents who are bilingual in German and English to join our team. Prior experience in customer care and phone support is a definite advantage.
Responsibilities
- Addressing customer inquiries and providing advice via phone, chat or tickets
- Handling customer queries regarding orders, products, or complaints
- Managing cases according to internal procedures
Qualifications
German language required (bilingual proficiency)Proficient in English (spoken and written) - advanced level requiredDemonstrated ability to work methodically, systematically, and in an organized mannerPrior experience in customer care and phone support is a plusPrior experience in software support is a plusFamiliarity with CRM, ticket systems, or multitasking is a plusAvailability to start immediatelyWhat We Offer
