The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding great people and giving them a thoughtful, human, and high-quality recruitment experience from start to finish.
You’ll focus on attracting top talent across tech and digital roles — especially in Engineering, Product, and Marketing — and you'll work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the needs of each team and role. You’ll take ownership of the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and closing offers.

Beyond recruitment, you’ll also contribute to key people initiatives like employer branding, talent retention, onboarding, and internal events — helping shape the culture and employee experience at Labhouse as we grow.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles in Engineering, Product, and Marketing
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels
- Ensure a smooth, timely and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Help build our employer brand through creative campaigns and content
- Support other People projects such as onboarding, internal communications, team rituals, and events
- Continuously look for ways to improve our hiring processes and candidate experience
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech companies or digital startupsSolid track record hiring for technical and / or digital marketing rolesStrong attention to detail and a thoughtful, human approach to recruitmentExcellent communication skills in both English and SpanishExperience using AI tools in your daily workflow and a strong interest in continuing to learn and experiment with themCurious about how businesses work and excited to understand what makes a great hireA team player who enjoys collaborating across different functionsBased in Barcelona (hybrid work model : 3 days at the office)What We Offer
