Overview Find Your Role in Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to drive business success.
Responsibilities Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to meet our hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team requirements and define effective hiring plans.
Proactively source and engage high-potential candidates using innovative approaches.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Contribute to our employer branding efforts to position us as a leading employer of choice.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize speed and quality of hire.
Work closely with our People & Culture team on onboarding and talent development initiatives.
Requirements 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments.
A proven track record in volume hiring and closing diverse roles across multiple functions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Proactive and adaptable, with a strong ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Experience using ATS tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday, Lever).
Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a strong plus.
