• Articulating the value proposition of our Partner Program and registering new resellers into the program
• Responding to calls and emails from resellers in a timely and accurate manner
• Providing general information on products and services for inbound and outbound calls or emails
• Detecting high business opportunities and acting as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns
• Processing callout campaigns based on predefined lists of resellers
• Processing specific marketing on products and services
