Our organization is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to establish and nurture partnerships with real estate agencies in the Costa del Sol region. This role involves strengthening existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving collaboration.

• Build and maintain strong rapport with key partners.
• Develop strategic plans to expand our network and increase mortgage volumes.
• Work closely with agents to drive lead generation and ensure a steady flow of business opportunities.
• Train and educate partners on our value proposition, processes, and tools.
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with partners to optimize results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate has proven experience in sales, business development, or partner management, preferably within real estate, finance, or related sectors. They should possess a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be fluent in English.
