Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key position in our organization.

• The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM software, with the ability to use it effectively to contact and qualify accounts.
• They must also be able to generate opportunities and ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are hit.
• The successful candidate will update CRM with all communication and adhere to industry standards.
• Key responsibilities include following up on accounts and maintaining regular communication.
• The role involves participating in sales activities such as call storms and focus events.
• Additionally, they will need to qualify and follow up on opportunities (meetings & events and group accommodation) both with clients and hotels.
• The ideal candidate will possess an upselling approach when dealing with clients.
• Providing chain-wide discounts based on client requirements and ensuring these are followed up on is crucial.
• When necessary, they will assist with business travel queries as well as individual queries.
• Occasionally, they will work on external lists for other platforms as required.
