General Manager, EMEA

FC is on behalf of an international company seeking a dynamic General Manager, EMEA with a strong network in the Fertility / MedTech industry, proven sales leadership experience, and a strategic mindset. This role is critical in driving regional growth, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Leverage existing industry connections to strengthen partnerships, accelerate sales, and create new business opportunities.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the EMEA team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Manage key accounts and high-value negotiations, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and decision-makers.

Manage people within commercial, product, marketing, support and operations to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to adapt strategies accordingly.

Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements : Extensive commercial experience with Fertility / MedTech, with a strong network in the EMEA IVF sector.

Proven track record of leading and scaling teams across multiple countries.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development and market penetration.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

To be based in Spain with a willingness to travel extensively within the region, expectedly 80-100 travel days annually.

The position has a direct reporting line to the Group CEO and is managing 24 employees in different functions and countries including commercial, product applications, supply chain, technical support, and marketing.
