We are seeking a Guest Support Specialist to provide exceptional guest experiences in various markets.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, to maintain a seamless guest experience.
- Converting first-time visitors into loyal customers by collecting feedback and implementing improvements.
- Identifying opportunities for product enhancements and sharing your insights to elevate service quality.
- Ensuring guests feel heard and cared for through phone, email, or chat interactions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create unforgettable experiences while streamlining daily processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess :
A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a bonus).A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, often going above and beyond.Effective problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.Adaptability and comfort working evening shifts and weekends.
