Job Description

Working in collaboration with the sales team and under the authority of the AP House Director, the Client Experience Coordinator oversees the hospitality for the house and all topics linked to Client Experience.

In charge of communication with clients for the AP House.

Managing daily schedule shipments of gifts and birthday presents.

Level up the quality of service in the AP House by reaching the hospitality standards defined by AP HQ.

Defining an F&B offer for daily activity and event activation.

Taking care of daily activation of the AP House, including flowers, fragrance, and other amenities.

Following the corresponding budget.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in hospitality reservations or a similar field preferred.

Strong motivational skills.

Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Excellent customer care and teamwork skills.

Ability to handle a complex, multifaceted role under pressure.
