Key Responsibilities Include :
- Act as the primary point of contact for all guests, prioritizing VIPs, loyalty program members, and groups.
- Respond to escalated guest concerns with poise and professionalism, providing timely resolutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Maintain the physical appearance and ambiance of the concierge lounge, loyalty spaces, and conference rooms, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
- Coordinate personalized services for guests, including transportation and restaurant reservations, tailoring each experience to their unique preferences.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor in all situations, while treating every guest and team member with respect and dignity.
Key Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience as a Front Desk / Receptionist in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.Background in handling large-scale events with 80+ guests, requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
