We’re looking for two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team and sell luxury sports cruises to clients worldwide ( B2C ). Your mission :

Prospect, pitch, and close deals while delivering unforgettable customer experiences. Think of yourself as the Messi of Sales—dribbling past objections and scoring dream vacations for your clients!

What You’ll Do :

• Own full-cycle sales :

From inbound leads to closing deals, you’ll own the entire sales process for high-end sports cruises.

Schedule virtual tours (demos), showcase the luxury experience, and seal the deal.

Use LinkedIn, email and phone to achieve your goals.

What We’re Looking For :

You’re persuasive, resilient, and love the thrill of the hunt.

Football (soccer), sailing, or any competitive sport is your language—you’ll bond with clients over shared passion.

Fluent in English + Catalan (bonus points if you can negotiate in multiple languages!).

Comfortable working with Hubspot, Aircall, video demos, AI powered tools, and social selling.
