A decentralised finance protocol is hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to define its voice, shape its brand, and drive adoption of its programmable basket token standard. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of DeFi and institutional finance—ideal for a strategic storyteller who thrives in fast-moving, experimental environments. You’ll lead marketing across product, partnerships, and culture, positioning the protocol as the category-defining leader in tokenized funds.

Location : Remote – UK preferred, open to top talent across Europe. Employment type : Full-Time. Seniority : Senior Leadership. Focus : Brand, Narrative & Ecosystem Strategy. Compensation : Base pay range $80,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr; Competitive Pay + Equity / Token Allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define brand and positioning across DeFi and institutional audiences
• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to crypto / blockchain ecosystems
• Craft compelling narratives across thought leadership, content, social, and campaigns
• Build and scale community engagement across crypto-native channels
• Lead product marketing—translating technical innovation into accessible messaging
• Drive global visibility through events, PR, and ecosystem presence
• Build and manage a lean, high-leverage marketing team over time
