Job Title : Public Affairs Manager

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Public Affairs Manager to join our team to design and execute corporate public affairs and regulatory strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a background in consultancy or in-house public affairs, expertise in government relations, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive corporate affairs and public affairs strategies to support business objectives.

Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments at national, regional, and EU levels; translate insights into risk-mitigation and opportunity-seeking plans.

Prepare timely political and regulatory intelligence briefings, position papers, and stakeholder updates.

Build and maintain relationships with public institutions, government agencies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.

Design and execute lobbying strategies and action plans, coordinating cross-functional teams as needed.

Support senior leadership in high-level engagements, conferences, hearings, and events.

Collaborate with legal, compliance, and communications teams to ensure alignment on messaging and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in law, Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.

Around 3 years' professional experience in public affairs, corporate affairs, or government relations—ideally within a consultancy or multinational environment.

Track record in regulatory monitoring, stakeholder mapping, and advocacy campaigns.

Excellent drafting and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable documents.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Native or near-native command of English and Spanish; additional EU language (Portuguese, Italian or French), is a plus.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
