As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist customers with their products, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
Your Responsibilities :
- Handle calls, messages, and emails from customers.
- Provide info and support on the company's products (vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair tools, etc.)
- Troubleshoot technical problems.
- Manage warranty claims and repairs.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with professional communication.
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.Relocate to Greece.Good problem-solving skills.Professional attitude in handling concerns.Experience in customer or tech support is a plus.Must have an EU passport or work permit for Greece.What We Offer :
