Customer Support Specialist Multilingual (Greece)
Location : Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, and other locations depending on the project)
Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent
Work Model : On-site and remote options (remote roles require relocation within Greece)

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in your native language and English
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, and product settings
- Provide troubleshooting support and problem-solving in line with company guidelines
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery
Requirements
