A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive career experience in the luxury industry.

Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English.

Must be available to work retail hours including weekends.

Strong leadership & customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.

Flexible mind-set with the ability to embrace changes.

Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills required.

Proactive approach to analysing business and human resource needs.

Ability to motivate and develop team as per Van Cleef & Arpels’ image.

What are we expecting from you?

Van Cleef & Arpels is looking for a Boutique Manager in Madrid.

He / she will be responsible for the overall management of the Madrid boutique.

He / she will report to the Retail Manager and will be responsible for effectively building and implementing local strategies and directing the team to further develop sales, CRM and client service within the boutique.

Advising, Clienteling & Business development aligned with Maison Identity

• Responsible for defining and implementing the business development strategy and boutique action plan in collaboration with Retail Manager,
• Work with the Retail Manager to develop a Flagship vision and phased action plan to develop clientele and boutique business,
• Partner with the CRM Manager to implement clienteling strategies to improve new clients’ acquisition and loyal clients’ retention,
• Be a referent for the Maison High Jewelry, Jewelry and watchmaking know-how and develop general knowledge on the competition,
• Ensure exceptional client experience and maintain the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism,
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining professional demeanour at all times and be an ambassador for the Maison inside and outside of the boutique (set up partnerships, close contact with other brands, Hotels, private clubs, etc.),
• Proactive and close collaboration with CRC Ambassadors and Online retail team.
