Are you a good match?
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of management, particularly in the field of luxury retail.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English.
Must be available to work retail hours, including weekends.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment. Flexible mindset with the ability to accept change.
Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills required.
Proactive approach to analyzing business needs and human resources.
Ability to motivate and develop a team like Van Cleef & Arpels.
What are we expecting from you?
You support the Boutique Manager in his / her duties by building customer loyalty and leading / developing the sales team in order to optimize and increase turnover and ensure the profitability of the store. In the absence of the Boutique Manager, you are the operational and managerial relay to the team.
