Overview

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, Munich, as a listed private equity holding company, acquires medium-sized companies in special situations, which show significant operational improvement potential and are sold again after undergoing a repositioning and stabilization process. Mutares actively supports its portfolio companies with its own investment and operations teams and through strategic add-on acquisitions. The focus is on companies with revenues ranging from EUR 100 million to EUR 750 million, across various industries. The aim is to achieve a clear value increase with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth of the portfolio company.

Within our Operations team, we are looking to hire a team member with a successful track record in

Your Tasks

• Manage the restructuring and improvement processes for our portfolio companies on-site to implement and improve sound cash management processes on-site
• Partner closely with the Mutares restructuring team by conducting financial analyses, developing and integrating financial models, and critically evaluating business cases
• Prepare and execute financing solutions (factoring, asset-based funding, credit lines)
• Improve financial statement closing and other finance / controlling processes and assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit
• Manage the relationship with external stakeholders (auditors, financial advisers, banks, credit insurers, etc.)
