Senior Development Finance Manager

Development Finance Professional

This role requires a skilled professional to manage transactions across the lifespan of a Development Finance facility, with a focus on Spanish, UK, and European markets. As a key member of the underwriting team, you will lead and coordinate the overall due diligence / underwriting process, reviewing initial deal information and preparing financial models in accordance with internal policies.

• Main Responsibilities :
• Lead and coordinate the overall due diligence / underwriting process
• Review initial deal information and prepare financial models in accordance with internal policies
• Produce key underwriting documentation, including detailed credit applications, with direction from Deal Originators and support from the Deal Execution team
• Review professional reports with the Head of Credit
• Coordinate and lead communication with clients and stakeholders
• Attend client meetings and contribute to new business development activities
