Academic Innovation Scaling Associate Director, Asset Management & Planning

Descripción del trabajoGathering information and data from diverse sources to understand processes and projects. Proposing process optimization solutions by identifying key areas for improvement. Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders, including findings, proposals, data analysis, and requirements definition. Acting as the communication link between the customer and Software Engineers to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Developing test cases for technology validation. Supporting the implementation of developed tools through training, incident management, and daily operations. Managing communication with the IT department. Researching technological innovations applicable to our business development. Preparing internal documentation of processes and supporting activities within the Process Improvement division. A Master's degree. Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably involving innovative technologies in academic or educational settings. Knowledge of Project Management Tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello). Desirable familiarity with Content and Video Design Tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Page, WordPress). Basic understanding of IT and Technology management. High-level knowledge of Database Query Tools (SQL, Power BI) is a plus. Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset, teamwork, negotiation skills, and keen attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Academic Innovation Scaling Associate Director will support digital transformation projects aimed at improving processes and IT tools within IE operations. The role involves active participation in analysis, definition, implementation, training, and evaluation of each project, interacting with key stakeholders and external partners.
