We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

Responsibilities

Your role as Associate Director, Technology Sector will involve :

Career Coach (70%)

  • Develop and deliver preparation workshops and informational sessions about sectors and interview preparation for specific sector or company
  • Define and measure KPIs to evaluate results achieved
  • Develop increasing knowledge about industry trends, corporate strategy, and recruitment expectations through research and engagement with company representatives and alumni
  • Organize sector-specific training or events
  • Coordinate with professional student club activities such as events and student treks
  • Define and complete special projects related to Talent & Careers
  • Hold open office hours to provide career advice
  • Promote career resources and education events
  • Manage and report employment information and statistics
  • Business development & Account Management (30%)

  • Develop and execute employer outreach strategies considering student interests and industry trends
  • Leverage alumni networks to connect with companies
  • Collaborate with faculty and departments for corporate outreach and recruitment
  • Visit employer partners and pursue new business opportunities
  • Facilitate employer participation in recruiting events and panels
  • Attend external sector-specific events
  • Qualifications

  • Master's Degree; HR experience is a plus
  • Bilingual / native level of English; Spanish is a plus
  • Coaching skills and empathy
  • Experience in Talent Management, coaching, or HR (minimum 2-3 years)
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Results-oriented and motivated
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings / weekends occasionally
  • Proven ability to build external business relationships
  • Global mindset and openness to diverse backgrounds
