Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operational Innovations Director to join our senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in defining the operational strategy and direction of our business.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving innovation and implementing operational excellence across manufacturing facilities, with a focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and scientific standards.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, including GMP manufacturing facility development plans, budgets, and long-range planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior management, partners, and other key stakeholders within the industry.
