Overview The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for delivering strategic compensation and benefits initiatives in Continental Europe. This includes maintaining job architecture, managing incentive and benefits plans, leading gender pay gap analysis, and supporting the annual compensation cycle.
Responsibilities Data analysis and benchmarking to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration with HR and global C&B teams to develop and implement compensation strategies.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver results-driven solutions that drive business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications A strong understanding of European C&B practices and regulations.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, as well as experience with salary surveys, job evaluation, and compensation planning tools.
Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven commitment to professional development and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
