Overview

I’m the solo founder building Suitpax to reinvent corporate travel with AI, zero bureaucracy, and ambitious growth. I’m seeking a powerhouse Chief Growth Officer to co-create the growth engine from day one and own the mission.

You won’t just run campaigns—you’ll design and own the growth engine of the company with equity and full autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize Fearlessly : Co-design the global growth roadmap, lead experiments across acquisition, retention, and revenue, and build growth loops powered by AI, automation, and data.
  • Build the Future : Unlock new markets, design viral adoption strategies, and close growth gaps the industry ignores. Recruit and scale a high-performing growth team.
  • Own the DNA : Embed experimentation, data, and velocity into every layer of the company;

operate with speed, ambition, and relentless execution.

  • Act Quickly : Identify bottlenecks and scalable channels, experiment boldly, learn fast, and compound insights into growth.
  • Think Big, Move Bold : Break outdated go-to-market playbooks;

    • leverage AI for personalization, prediction, and automation at scale to become a category leader.

  • KPIs / OKRs : Own and drive metrics such as active user growth, enterprise retention, scalable growth loops powered by AI, CAC / LTV optimization, and building a core growth team.
