As a key player in driving business success, you will support renowned fashion brands by resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing expert solutions to customer doubts and concerns
• Logging call details and ensuring timely responses within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of services and products
• Elevating potential service issues to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Following established project processes and procedures
• Offering coverage for other agents as needed
