Role Overview

As a Team Manager in Partnerships at Teamtailor, you’ll lead a Team of regional Partnerships Managers. We are a team of 15 Partnerships Managers worldwide and we are looking for a Team Manager to manage a team of 5-6 PMs, overseeing 2-3 regions.

As a Team Manager you are accountable for team performance and will be focused on driving growth, supporting development, and operationalizing excellence. You will be heavily focused on coaching, market strategy, decision-making, and owning team-level outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building high performing teams, thrives on structure and accountability, and enjoys being in the driver’s seat when it comes to setting the pace and culture of a team. You’ll also support the strategic development of the Partnerships function in collaboration with the Head of Partnerships.

Responsibilities

Performance Management :

  • Accountable for team quota achievement and regional performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute and support strategic projects to maximize revenue and profitability coming from partnerships in your designated regions.
  • Coach and ensure team is progressing towards local targets and KPI´s.
  • Own or partially one or a few highly strategic partnerships within regional responsibility.

Team coaching and development :

  • Recruit, train, and onboard new Partnership Managers.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and motivated culture within the team.
  • Partnerships Strategy and Planning :

  • Collaborate with Head of Partnerships to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, partner needs and opportunities, as well as competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement partnership initiatives to further revenue growth in your designated regions.
  • Reporting and Analysis :

  • Generate reports and performance metrics to assess team performance.
  • Analyze partnership data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Report performance metrics and learnings from your team towards management.
  • Qualifications

    We believe you have :

  • 5+ years experience in partnerships, with at least 2 years in leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of consistent performance and team influence
  • Comfortable managing quota-carrying roles and supporting variable compensation
  • Strong process thinker with ability to drive clarity and alignment
  • Emotionally mature, structured, and accountable leader
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in HR tech or a SaaS scale-up is considered a strong advantage
  • This role will require complete fluency in English, any other fluent languages are considered an advantage.
  • In the cities where we have a local office we have an office first policy and would like to see a min of 3 / days per week in the office.
