Job Description
- Analyze requirements and design functional solutions for projects.
- Provide effort estimations and collaborate with the team and clients to meet project objectives.
- Analyze and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with technology providers when needed.
- Validate solutions against functional requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards set by Omega's Technical Management.
- Generate functional documentation for projects.
- Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
Required Experience
At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.Experience in business process analysis and redesign.Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions supporting sales, customer service, and after-sales processes.Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, and Community.Experience with Agile methodology.Fluent in English, both oral and written.What We Offer
