Overview

Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) with a strong technical background.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Salesforce projects and change requests from a functional standpoint.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and act as translator between the business and IT.
  • Prioritize requirements based on business needs.
  • Lead ongoing meetings required to support a project implementation, gathering critical information.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (end users, technicians, and managers).
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure proper documentation of the project.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Understand / Track all enhancement requests to include detailed needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with team and team leadership to provide harmonized and sustainable solutions.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years w / Salesforce experience required – Sales & Service Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus (but not required)
  • Experience with all configuration basics : roles / profiles / fields / page layouts, validation, workflow, workbench, process builder, process flow, ERP integration concepts / specs
  • Experience with Apex, writing and supporting triggers, etc. is a plus
  • Experience with Jira and performing in an Agile environment
  • Understanding full development cycle
  • Salesforce certification desirable but not required
