Overview
Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) with a strong technical background.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Salesforce projects and change requests from a functional standpoint.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and act as translator between the business and IT.
- Prioritize requirements based on business needs.
- Lead ongoing meetings required to support a project implementation, gathering critical information.
- Work closely with stakeholders (end users, technicians, and managers).
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Ensure proper documentation of the project.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Understand / Track all enhancement requests to include detailed needs and requirements.
- Work closely with team and team leadership to provide harmonized and sustainable solutions.
