Overview
Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud / FSL, Marketing Cloud) with a strong technical background.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Salesforce projects and change requests from a functional standpoint.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and act as translator between the business and IT.
- Prioritize requirements based on business needs.
- Lead ongoing meetings to support project implementations, gathering critical information.
- Work closely with stakeholders (end users, technicians, and managerial staff).
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Ensure proper documentation of the project.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Understand / Track all enhancement requests to include detailed needs and requirements.
- Working closely with team and team leadership to provide harmonized and sustainable solutions.
- Deep understanding of integrations (Informatica, SAP are desirable).
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years w / Salesforce experience requiredExperience with all configuration basics : roles / profiles / fields / page layouts, validation, workflow, workbench, process builder, process flow, ERP integration concepts / specsSalesforce certification desirable but not requiredExperience with A pex, writing and supporting triggers, etc. is a plusUnderstanding full development cycle#J-18808-Ljbffr
