Overview The Country Product Director plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing the country product strategy, aligned with the company's overall vision. This position oversees the deployment of the country product strategy across the organization, collaborating closely with local leadership teams. It also tracks product performance and contributes to the go-to-market process, ensuring alignment with local business requirements and product strategy.
Responsibilities Deliver value to the country and the entire organization by following key strategic initiatives.
Identify and deliver offers and initiatives that can have a wide-reaching impact.
Mutualize products across the organization through the deployment of a common product architecture.
Improve global performance, revenue, cost, and ROI.
Develop new business opportunities for growth through product development and strategic partnerships.
Product Vision, Strategy & Product Development :
Contribute to and evangelize the company\'s product vision and product architecture.
Develop the country\'s product strategy, vision & roadmap.
Manage and deliver the product roadmap, prioritizing based on data-driven insights.
Lead product discovery to assess new products and features.
Go to Market :
Collaborate with the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy.
Deliver sales content / training materials in close collaboration with marketing teams.
People Management & Processes :
Structure, empower, and grow the country Product Organization.
Deploy common standard processes.
Promote collaboration and cooperation with other departments.
Share best-practices with fellow Country Product Directors.
