• You are THE contact person (m / f / d) for your customers and take care of all issues that arise
• You deal skillfully with escalations
• You have a complete overview of your customers - technically and organizationally
• You hold presentations and service review meetings independently
• You enjoy controlling project progress
• You independently create reports for the management
• Optimizing and further developing processes, methods and tools is exactly your thing
• You are the interface to all internal teams
