About The Team

Growth is the team responsible for promoting Fever’s business plan across all markets and ensuring that our partners perform as expected, helping them grow within Fever. Decisions are data-driven from strategy to execution to understand Fever’s business model and leverage it to collaborate across the company.

About The Role

We are looking for a Growth Solutions Engineer with a structured mindset, who loves to improve efficiency and get things done. The W&A team enables Fever to scale rapidly and capture new markets. As an Associate within the W&A team, you will :

Drive strategic initiatives impacting how teams operate to ensure peak performance across departments, guiding projects from inception to implementation and change management
Lead the complete development lifecycle of processes and in-house tools, ensuring they meet strategic objectives
Conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements, significantly enhancing overall efficiency
Align the organization’s business needs with technological and operational solutions by managing critical tools and procedures
Collaborate with Sales, Originals, Operations, Marketing, and other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives
Take ownership of key processes and engage with department managers worldwide, spanning 40+ countries and diverse nationalities

About You

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)

You bring 3-5 years of relevant experience with ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-based decision mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration and conveying complex concepts

Working knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages; familiarity with SQL is a plus

Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
