Principal Electrical Project Lead

Overview Leading electrical engineering efforts across Europe, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical scope of projects and ensuring compliance with grid connection requirements.

Qualifications Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Proficient knowledge of high-voltage systems, preferably within renewable energy projects

Fluency in both Spanish and English

Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, international environments

Responsibilities Conduct technical studies and provide expert advice on utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects

Collaborate closely with development and construction teams to support projects from early design through commissioning

Review single-line diagrams (SLDs), control logic, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility

Assess and advise on major equipment, including inverters, transformers, MV / HV systems, and battery modules

Contribute to contract negotiations during the procurement phase and liaise with external partners when required
