Position Mission :
Lead the operational and strategic rollout of new restaurant concepts within the group, ensuring scalable and profitable growth. You will translate brand vision into physical experiences by aligning real estate decisions, operational structures, and brand identity. Your goal is to create lifestyle-driven F&B destinations that resonate emotionally with target audiences, offering not only food but also culture, community, and a distinctive vibe. You will be the bridge between concept, operations, and market success — turning ideas into places people return to.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, plan, and execute the launch of new units aligned with each brand's positioning and values.
- Scout and secure real estate opportunities in line with lifestyle-driven audience behavior and brand strategy.
- Build and manage operational roadmaps for new openings, including budgeting, staffing, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure alignment between brand promise, customer experience, and day-to-day operational performance.
- Establish and track KPIs for each opening to ensure financial, operational, and reputational success.
- Coordinate with marketing, brand, and culinary teams to ensure smooth openings with strong market impact.
- Manage external partners (designers, architects, project managers, etc.) and internal teams to meet deadlines and standards.
- Optimize rollout processes to enable rapid, high-quality expansion in different geographies.
- Act as a key representative of the group in pre-opening meetings, lease negotiations, and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements :
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) launching F&B concepts from 0 to 1, ideally in lifestyle, premium casual, or boutique hospitality environments.Strong operational and strategic vision, with the ability to go from PowerPoint to pavement.Solid network and knowledge of real estate dynamics in urban / lifestyle zones (Spain + international is a plus).Excellent negotiation, leadership, and execution skills.Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.Ability to manage cross-functional teams under pressure and with tight deadlines.Analytical mindset with experience working with budgets, forecasts, and P&Ls.Experience in hospitality groups or F&B brands undergoing growth or internationalization is highly valued.Educational background in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.Other :
