About This Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive in the DACH region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads, running product demos, and closing deals.
As an Account Executive, you will work closely with our high-performing sales team to bring our innovative solution to organizations that are ready for a better way to book, manage, and optimize their business travel.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing a mix of inbound and outbound leads across the DACH region.
- Running impactful, solution-focused product demos and taking ownership of the full sales cycle through to close.
- Understanding the needs and pain points of prospects, and communicating how our platform adds real value to their business.
- Keeping your pipeline organized and up-to-date in Salesforce, ensuring clear visibility and strong forecasting.
- Collaborating with Marketing to boost brand awareness and refine our lead qualification process.
- Engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels – from Office Managers to CFOs – to demonstrate the value proposition.
What You Will Need To Succeed
Native-level German and high fluency in English – essential for connecting with our DACH customers.Proven success in a sales-driven role, especially in a phone-based environment with a strong focus on prospecting and hunting.Solid understanding of B2B solution selling, ideally within a short sales cycle model.Tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset – you don’t stop until the job is done.A strong team player who also thrives when working independently.A true customer-first attitude and a passion for solving problems.Our Offer
