Mission

Lead the design discipline at Lingokids, evolving our Playlearning user experience in sustainable ways. Define and scale our design principles, systems, and practices to create a world-class mobile experience that delights children and parents, drives measurable business outcomes, and elevates design as a strategic capability inside the company.

Responsibilities

• Design Leadership : Own the end-to-end UX / UI vision, strategy, and execution for Lingokids’ products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing, and Brand to align user needs and business goals.
• Thought Leadership : Represent design internally and externally, evangelizing Lingokids’ approach to play-based learning UX.
• Innovation & Optimization : Balance bold new ideas (new features, UI innovations) with iterative improvements to core flows.
• Team Coaching : Manage and mentor a team of ~3 designers, providing detailed feedback, hands-on corrections, and long-term growth plans.
