Key Responsibilities

As a

Customer Service Advisor

, you will :

• Assist customers by phone and email, ensuring excellent service aligned with the brand's premium standards.
• Communicate efficiently in

German (Austria)

and

English

, both spoken and written.

What We're Looking For

Permanent (2-month probation period).

Monday to Friday, full-time (39 hours / week).

Between

08 : 00 and 20 : 00

(rotating shifts).

€20,000 gross / year

12 monthly installments

Training

3 weeks, Monday to Friday from 09 : 00 to 18 : 00.

On-site, paid training (language bonus not included during training).
