Support Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless resolution of customer queries.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with a global team, and contribute to delivering innovative digital experiences.

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other relevant technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in software application support, preferably in the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with AEM and other relevant technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and Java.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
