The holding company also manages multiple eCommerce ventures under their umbrella, including Dermao LLC (Dermao.com) in beauty and skincare devices, Nomobark.com in pet care, and a fast-moving dropshipping business. In this role, you will primarily focus on scaling Meo Nutrition as the core business, optimize supply chains, streamline operations, and drive growth in the supplements space while providing oversight and structure for the other brands, including new product launches on Dermao.com and ongoing expansion in dropshipping.
About the Role :
We are hiring an experienced Head of Operations (Ecommerce) to oversee operations across product lines (supplements, devices, skincare), drive operational efficiency, manage key functions (fulfillment, customer service, media buying, product launches), and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. This role is key for scaling the brand further.
This is a Full-Time remote role , with a growth path to higher leadership (COO or equivalent).
Requirements include a Head of Operations with these qualifications :
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations for product categories such as supplements, IPL devices, light therapy masks, microcurrent devices, serums.
- Launch multiple new dropshipping or product-line expansions weekly (e.g., 10 per week) or as per company strategy.
- Manage and scale customer service to ensure fast response times and high CSAT (e.g., 4.5+).
- Recruit, onboard, and manage media buyers / advertisers and virtual assistants.
- Full P&L ownership : monitor costs (manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping), manage budgets, ensure profitability.
- Oversee supply chain : reduce costs, find new manufacturers / 3PLs, ensure quality, avoid stockouts.
- Weekly reporting of KPIs and progress : units sold, return / defect rates, profit margins, ad spend ROI, customer feedback metrics, etc.
- Contribute to 10% of net new revenue over baseline with significant upside as the brand scales.
- Path to COO / senior operational leadership role as the company expands.
- Weekly coaching with industry experts (operations, marketing, eCommerce).
- High impact / ownership over processes and operations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing operations for eCommerce / DTC brands (ideally $10M–$30M in revenue).Hands-on knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce supply chains.Operations experience in a dropshipping business is a must.Background in consumer products (beauty, skincare, supplements, or similar) is a strong plus.Track record of managing P&L, budgets, and financial reporting.Experience hiring and managing remote teams (customer service, media buyers, VAs).Strong organizational and process-building skills; able to design efficient systems.Financial acumen : comfortable cutting costs, negotiating with suppliers, and driving profitability.Skilled in KPI tracking, data dashboards, and performance reporting.Understanding of fulfillment, 3PLs, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.Strong communication and leadership skills for remote teams.Proactive and resourceful problem-solver; highly accountable with an ownership mentality.Detail-oriented while still thinking strategically.
