About the Role

We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Head of Operations (E-commerce and D2C) who has a strong background in supply chain management, forecasting, and system building. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to create and refine operational systems, and strong decision-making abilities. You will complement the founder’s creative focus by handling the detail-oriented, analytical side of operations.

This is a full-time remote role .

We are looking for a Head of Operations (E-commerce and D2C) , specifically with these requirements :

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Strong experience in supply chain management and inventory forecasting.

Background in managing operations for eCommerce brands between $10–30M / year in revenue.

KPI-driven mindset and a track record of setting KPIs where needed.

Experience communicating with suppliers and logistics partners.

Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.

Able to design, refine, and implement efficient company-wide systems.

Comfortable making independent decisions while also collaborating on strategy.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

Supply chain management and logistics coordination.

Inventory forecasting and ensuring stock availability.

KPI tracking and reporting across operational metrics.

Building and refining systems to improve efficiency across the business.

Communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

Supporting overall business operations so the founder can focus on product, branding, and marketing.

A key leadership role in a growing business.
