Descripción del trabajoStreamline order flow between Shopify and suppliers. Control logistics, manufacturing, and inventory KPIs. Manage our customer service partner (Gorgias). Own P&L, cash flow, billing (Holded), and reconciliations. 2–3 years' experience in finance, consulting, banking or operations (e-commerce / retail / startups a plus). Highly analytical, Excel-savvy, proactive and solution-oriented. Comfortable coordinating external partners and negotiating with suppliers. Strategic mindset, but ready to get hands-on. English B2 minimum (German or French is a plus). 45K gross / year + 10% bonus. Eligibility for Phantom Shares after the first year, based on performance and objectives achieved. Permanent contract in Madrid with flexible remote.
