We build and operate IT business applications (B2E) for customers in Switzerland based on Microsoft technologies (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365). Happy customers and happy users are the foundation for our continued growth. As a CRM Project Manager, you play a central role in the further development of our business applications.
In this role, you will lead and manage end-to-end projects—from requirements analysis to the successful implementation of innovative, value-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients, developers, and other consultants to drive digitalization and process efficiency through technology. You will join an amazing team of strong-performing thinkers and skilled developers, collaborating with colleagues based in Barcelona and Switzerland.
What your day will look like
- You will lead exciting projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment.
- Analyze client needs and design tailored solutions using CRM technologies.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and present progress to decision-makers at all levels.
- Collaborate with your team to implement robust, scalable solutions across Microsoft environments.
- Contribute to long-term client relationships and support change management and user adoption.
- Advise clients on best practices and innovation opportunities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem.
- Lead CRM implementation and integration projects (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP CRM, Oracle Siebel CRM, etc.), from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Demonstrate professional experience in a consultancy or external provider setting.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
- Hold a university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Insights) is highly desirable.
- Native level of German and very good level of English (minimum C1).
