About your role

We seek a collaborative, knowledgeable, passionate, and driven Technical Project Manager to join our Madrid-based European Operations Center (EOC). In this high-paced role, you will manage and coordinate remotely the installation of solar panels in customers' homes, ensuring weekly and monthly targets for quality and customer satisfaction are met. In 2023, Otovo centralized its Operations team in Madrid, building a dynamic, international, bilingual team passionate about the green transition and installing solar panels and batteries across Europe.

Responsibilities include

Conduct preliminary technical evaluations of installations
Assign projects to local installers based on optimization criteria
Manage relationships with partner installation companies, ensuring quality of delivery
Handle critical cases and address project-related issues

What we expect from you

Proficiency in English for communication with the international team based in Oslo and across Europe

German language skills are mandatory

At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the photovoltaic industry

Knowledge of solar energy is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Strong personal drive, integrity, and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field

Experience in renewable energy is highly valued

Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and closure within budget and timelines

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure clarity and team alignment

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
