What you will do You will be involved in the administrative management of our employees as well as sales administration. You will work across the following areas :
1) Personnel Administration Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
Draft employment contracts and amendments
Declare employees to relevant bodies : health insurance, provident fund, URSSAF, etc.
Maintain employee records throughout their journey within the company
Respond to all administrative / HR-related inquiries
Schedule and follow up on medical check-ups (appointments, communication with the provider, etc.)
2) Sales Administration Client
