Tech Foundations – Mission and Scope

• Mission : Tech Foundations enables Product Crews to experiment and ship product increments quickly, prioritising quality and reliability with security as a nonnegotiable attribute.
• Scope : infrastructure enablement for product crews; security and compliance facilitation; developer productivity enhancements; design and development unification (e.g. Design System).
• Focus for 2025 : grow the team, improve foundations from infrastructure to code (backend / frontend / mobile), and enhance our security stack and developer tooling.
